• 6 PM – Get on the bus (pick-up from your hotel)

• 6:30 PM – Arrival at the venue

• 7-8 PM – Ceremony

• 8-9 PM – Outdoor cocktail

• 9-10:30 PM – Dinner

• 10:30 PM-1 AM – Dance time

Bus Shifts: Buses are available to pick you up and return to your hotel. 2 time slots at 11 PM and 1 AM. Please let us know your preference.
